Wild Ivory Salmon fillets


Amazing and rare! This salmon is massively popular in high-end restaurants and kitchens around the world, not only for it's color, but also for the tender and delicate, if not creamy taste. "Ivory Salmon," is nearly identical to traditional King Salmon on the outside, but because it lacks an enzyme that is thought to be due to eating shellfish, it keeps a whitish/pink tint to it's meat. This delicate fish is best pan-seared or baked at low heat and cooks very quickly.
