Swordfish Steaks (6 steaks)


Grilled, pan-fried or broiled, these quality Swordfish steaks are excellent! Very moist and flavorful, the only way you can get anything fresher would be to catch it yourself and grill it right on the back of the boat (watch out for flying utensils). Try them with mushrooms, green peppers or cherry tomatoes to round out your meal and enjoy healthy living at it's ultimate.



Swordfish Steaks (4 steaks)


Swordfish is a very fast swimming fish. It was initially fished with harpoons but modern fishing is now performed with long lines and hooks. Sometimes the flesh is somewhat pink and that is due to the fact that some Swordfish eat shrimp as part of their diet. Swordfish meat is firm so it can be cooked in just about any way.


Swordfish Steaks

Extra-moist and flavorful, these firm, meaty steaks are wonderful grilled, broiled or pan-fried. We enjoy them grilled as "teriyaki steaks." Or try Swordfish with mushrooms, onions, green pepper and cherry tomatoes, basted with herbed olive oil.
