Introducing the Jumbo Size Wild Sea Scallop! These Jumbo Scallops are the largest graded size available; U10, meaning there are approximately 10 scallops per pound. Known for their delightfully mild and subtle flavor, these scallops live up to their reputation as the world’s finest.

With their large size and exceptionally firm texture, Jumbo Sea Scallops are perfect for creating dramatic appetizers or entrees, and are ideal for grilling. Like all other Wild Seafood from Alaskan Harvest, nothing is added to these natural products.

Our large, cream-colored scallops are quickly frozen without phosphates, ensuring they remain firm, plump, and sweet no matter how you prepare them. They are consistent in size, appearance, flavor, texture, and freshness. Hand-shucked, size graded, packaged, and quick-frozen to lock in the flavor, Alaskan Harvest Scallops are 100% natural, with no artificial treatments or additives.

Sea scallops are an excellent source of high-quality protein, extremely low in fat, and high in desirable Omega-3 fatty acids. Each pack contains approximately 10 oz of scallops.

Awesome scallops

The scallops were super fresh, like right from the ocean. I pan seared them, made a lemon/garlic/herb sauce with the pan drippings. Delicious. Recommend brining the scallops for 10 minutes before cooking.

I think you are making a mistake in advertising these scallops as Jumbo.
They are not Jumbo! They are medium to small.
They are very good in flavor but they certainly are not Jumbo!

Nice Scallops

Great flavour. Sweet and tender. A bit smaller than I expected; but nevertheless very tasty.

U-10 scallops

The scallops were good quality but i ordered them based on the advertised size U-10 as described as 10 per pound. They were actually about 20 per pound. Each 10 ounce package had at least 12 scallops so i was disappointed in that respect.
