Albacore (Longfin) Tuna Loins
We've carried Tuna for a while now, but we're really excited to introduce you to Albacore (also known as Longfin) Tuna! Tuna is some of the largest fish in the sea, and catching them can take quite a bit of work! A great source of protein, in a lean package, our Tuna is only caught with lines and we are careful to make sure to remain sustainable to the ocean. Each Loin is 20 oz. size, enough for four meals.

Yellowfin (Ahi) Tuna
The Yellowfin Tuna we offer is a pleasant change of pace for our Alaskan palates. Tuna is normally caught in more temperate or tropical waters of the Pacific. Our global fishing village connections allow us to bring you mild, firm Yellowfin Tuna as fresh tasting as that you'd savor on a tropical island. Best of all, a 3.5-ounce Yellowfin Tuna Steak has less than one gram of fat.
Mahi Mahi (Dorado) Fillets
Mahi-Mahi or as it is formally termed "Dorado, has white meat, and extremely mild and has a firm texture, making it ideal for grilling, topping off a salad, or most popularly, used in fish tacos!
Swordfish Steaks
Extra-moist and flavorful, these firm, meaty swordfish steaks are wonderful grilled, broiled or pan-fried. We enjoy them grilled as "teriyaki steaks." Or try Swordfish with mushrooms, onions, green pepper and cherry tomatoes, basted with herbed olive oil. 10oz Steaks
