Bairdi Crab is the largest of the four species of Snow Crab. It is also the most popular and most sought after. It's tender snow white meat is an excellent source of high-quality protein, and is low in fat and calories. By whatever name it’s called, Bairdi or Queen Crab, this diva is delicious! All crab comes pre-cooked aboard the ship, and is ready to heat and serve. Warm up at 425 deg F. for 4 to 6 minutes.

Good Bairdi Crab and Great Service

Alaskan Harvest let me know when Bairdi crab was at it’s best this year. It was sweet and tender along with being of good size and so easy to prepare. It was packed well so it arrived in August still frozen. Service from Arpo with Alaskan Harvest was exceptional. He was on top of everything to get our delivery date right to fit with our travels and his responses were fast. I highly recommend Alaskan Harvest. Our prior order was split red King Crab which was also very good. Crab is not inexpensive but Alaskan Harvest’s prices are very competitive and well worth it because of the great products they provide. I will continue to order from Alaskan Harvest.

Not even close to being bairdi crab

Also known as king crab or Tanner crab, the crab I got was the smallest snow crap that I’ve ever bought from any supermarket. I was very disappointed. I was told that this was the size they were this year. But if I would’ve known that upfront I would not have purchased. But after the fact is when they told me they were running so small. This was supposed to be a special treat, it turned into a joke.
