Totally frozen and fish hard as rocks. Perfect packaging after two days.

We received our fish and the dry ice was gone !!! The fish was still ok but man, that was a HUGE chance taken, NEED MORE DRY ICE !! Especially in this heat !!!

Kept all product solidly frozen during shipment
